Our Building in Progress

We are currently working on the renovations at our building. We have demolished the bathrooms and we are ready to begin re-building them. The wood was deteriorated and needed to be replaced including the floor joists, walls, and flooring. The interior needs painting throughout. Some of the sheetrock needs to be patched. There are a few places in the floor that need to be reinforced. The central kitchen needs to be remodeled. Eventually, we will replace all of the windows and install vinyl siding on the exterior of the building. We also plan on building a deck in the back.

The building contains 13 dorm rooms, 6 bathrooms, a central kitchen, the house director's apartment, and an office.
